By installing Gmail Connect or signing in through this site, you agree to what follows. If you do not, do not use it.

What Gmail Connect is

Gmail Connect is a free widget that displays and manages your Gmail on a Corsair XENEON EDGE touchscreen. It is a client for Google's Gmail API: it shows you your own mail, using access you grant to your own Google Account.

Your account is yours

• You are responsible for the Google Account you connect and for anything sent from it through the widget.
• You must have the right to access the mailbox you connect.
• Keep physical control of your device. Anyone who can touch the panel can read and send mail from a connected mailbox, exactly as they could with an unlocked phone.
• You may withdraw access at any time through the widget's Disconnect button or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Acceptable use

Do not use Gmail Connect to send unsolicited bulk mail, to impersonate anyone, or for anything unlawful. Do not attempt to use it to reach a mailbox you are not entitled to.

Google's terms also apply

Gmail Connect accesses Gmail through Google's APIs, so your use is also subject to the Google Terms of Service. Our handling of the data those APIs return is described in the Privacy Policy and adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

No warranty

Gmail Connect is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. It is not a system of record. Do not rely on it as the only way you would learn about an important message, and do not rely on it for anything safety-critical.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for lost data, lost mail, missed messages, or lost profits, arising from your use of or inability to use Gmail Connect.

Availability and changes

Gmail Connect may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice. The sign-in service on this site may be unavailable from time to time; a mailbox already connected keeps working independently of it.

Termination

You may stop using Gmail Connect at any time by disconnecting and removing the widget. These terms end when you do.
